We look Forward to your inquiry....
Cliff and Shela welcome serious inquiries. They have a path that each applicant must follow. The first step is to complete the application. This saves time for both you and them. (With the OwyheeStar application process), the information is gathered in a systematic manner (nothing falling through the cracks so to speak). The application reply will include detailed comments, links, and pertinent information you should find useful. The applicant's formal application is referenced many times during the puppy process as things unfold.
The Application and then..... Once Cliff and Shela have reviewed and approved your application, then they will ask for a small ($50) Waiting List Deposit. The Waiting List Deposit will apply to the cost of the puppy. When OwyheeStar receives your deposit, they in turn will put your name on the Formal Waiting List; the waiting list deposit will lock your place on the Waiting List. Many clients opt to send the full puppy deposit ($150), and in that scenario, they have access to all the OwyheeStar client information. When a puppy (matches your criteria) comes available, Cliff and Shela will need the full puppy deposit amount to hold a puppy for you. The puppy deposit not only reserves a puppy, but gives you access to all the OwyheeStar client information. That is where you will find the very detailed answers to questions, as well as information that will help walk you through the OwyheeStar process (and to prepare for the pup's arrival). In addition, there is information that will help you get started with the puppy, and know how to handle a variety of problems that could arise. This is a very comprehensive how-to (book-like) informative publication. It is available for the OwyheeStar client only. Excitement, Planning, and Whatnot Cliff and Shela understand the excitement and exhilaration associated with the idea of getting a puppy. It can set you on the quest to find the perfect puppy, the right breeder, as well as being extremely thirsty for information. In turn, it can prompt a long list of questions. Unfortunately, it can be difficult (and even impossible) for Shela to type a personal answer to these questions. Please check out the links provided, and if you feel OwyheeStar is the right approach for you, then trust the system to work. It will. Cliff and Shela are equally invested in making sure you get a puppy who is right for your family.
Email works the best; it almost always works to your advantage. Cliff and Shela are rarely able to pick up the phone, and when they do return your phone call, they will be asking you to send them an email to start the process. The application link, and other information are set up to work in conjunction with the email process. They appreciate your interest, and look forward to receiving your inquiry. Phone calls must be very limited, (and when needed) are scheduled after the initial application process is completed. |
